Wildfire recovery: irrigation repair and replacement

To our neighbors in Indian Trail, Five Mile, and every community touched by the Spokane Complex fires: as a local business rooted in this same northwest Spokane neighborhood, we offer our deepest condolences. Many of the streets that burned are streets we've worked on for years, and streets we live on. We're here to help you rebuild.

How we're helping fire-affected families

Free insurance estimates for fire damage

Your insurance adjuster needs a detailed, line-item estimate to approve your irrigation claim: head counts, valve counts, pipe footage, wiring, backflow replacement, labor. We inspect your system, pressure test what's testable, and write that estimate at no charge, with no obligation to use us for the work.

Full replacement quotes

If your property is rebuilding from bare ground, we design and quote a complete new system sized for the landscape you're planning, not just the one you lost. Irrigation goes in early in the rebuild, after grading and before sod, seed, or planting, so getting the quote now keeps your whole landscape timeline on track.

Discounts for first responders and fire victims

To the crews who defended these neighborhoods and the families who lost so much: ask about our discounts when you call.

Two things to know right now

Winterize before mid-October. If your damaged system still holds water when Spokane's first hard freeze arrives, that water will crack the pipe and fittings the fire spared, adding new damage after your adjuster has already scoped the claim. Even if your home isn't livable right now, have the system blown out or drained.

Get scheduled before spring. Spring 2027 will be the busiest irrigation season this region has ever seen, with every contractor rebuilding the same neighborhoods at once. An estimate done this fall means an early spot on the spring calendar.

How it works

  1. Call or send the form. Tell us the address and what you know about the system.
  2. We inspect and pressure test. What survived, what didn't, and a line-item estimate your adjuster can approve, at no charge.
  3. Repair or rebuild. Repairs now, or a new system sized for the landscape you're planning, on the spring calendar early.
